Meet the Girl Behind the Boards

Hi! I'm Natalie, the girl behind the boards:) Thanks for stopping by!

Since you’re here I’m sure you have some questions. How does one find themselves in the business of charcuterie you ask? I’ll let you in on a little secret.

In 2016 I started working at Wegman’s as a cashier (my very first job, mind you), and after some time (and a lot of work) I moved my way up to team lead, and then eventually found myself in the place my heart truly belonged, the cheese department. It was here that I made some amazing lifelong friends, created more memories than I can count, and discovered my true passion, cheese! From then on it didn’t take much; slicing and eating an ungodly amount of cheese… could I have dreamed of anything better? Those two years provided me with an abundance of information about, you guessed it, not only cheese, but the beautiful creations we have come to call charcuterie. It’s been a wild ride so far, and I can’t wait to see where this dream of mine will continue to take me. This is just the beginning. I couldn’t do it without any of you and all your support, and I’m more grateful than you can imagine. Thank you x10!
